NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”) set out below apply to the prize draws promoted by 54 Limited and constitute a binding agreement between entrants and the Promoter.

1. Promoter

These Terms and Conditions apply to the prize draws promoted by Performance54 SG PTE LTD, company number 202224485M, with registered office at 6 Shenton Way #25-08, Oue Downtown, Singapore, 068809, Singapore (the “Promoter” and/or “54”), in relation to the Aramco China Championship at Mission Hills Resort, Shenzhen.

1. Eligibility
   2.1 The QR Code Treasure Hunt prize draw is open to all to all attendees of the Aramco China Championship at Mission Hills Resort, Shenzhen, China, aged 18 years or over.2.2The Score Predictor Game and Back 9 Accumulator are open to all attendees of the Aramco China Championship at Mission Hills Resort, Shenzhen, China, of all ages, including those under 18, provided that::

• A parent or legal guardian has given explicit consent for the minor to participate.
• If a participant under 18 wins a prize, the parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on their behalf.

2.3 Employees of 54 or Golf Saudi, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize promotions are not eligible to participate.

1. Free Entry
   All entries are free of charge. No purchase is necessary to participate, and no fees or costs will be incurred to be eligible to win a prize.
2. How to Enter
   4.1.  QR Code Treasure Hunt Prize Draw

• Enter by scanning QR codes placed around the event venue and submitting the short entry form (name, email, and mobile).
• Each unique QR code scanned will count as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
• There are three prize draws per day: morning, afternoon, and evening.
• Five (5) winners will be selected at random in each draw, with fifteen (15) prizes awarded daily.
• Winners will be notified by email the same day.

4.2. Score Predictor Game

• Enter by submitting predictions through the official Golf Saudi web app (mobile only).
• Predict the scores of selected players over three holes. Submissions must be made before the relevant group tees off.
• Each correct prediction earns one point. A leaderboard will show participant standings.
• Correct predictions of a bogey or birdie will earn double points.
• Winners will be determined from the leaderboard and notified by email the same day.
• All entries submitted on behalf of participants under the age of 18 must be completed or approved by a parent or legal guardian.

4.3 Back 9 Accumulator

• Enter by submitting an exact score prediction for a single player over 9 consecutive holes via the app.
• Participants must correctly predict the exact score for all 9 holes to be eligible to win the prize.
• Only one Back 9 Accumulator prize will be awarded per day.

• Entries must be submitted before the first of the 9 holes begins for the relevant player.
• All entries submitted on behalf of participants under the age of 18 must be completed or approved by a parent or legal guardian.

1. Prize Limits

A maximum of one prize may be awarded per household across all Fan Zone competitions and prize draws.

1. Opening and Closing Dates
   The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 6 November2025. The closing date of the prize draws is 18:00 on 08 November 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
2. Technical Failures
   If for any reason a technical interruption, fault, or failure occurs when entering via the web app or QR code platform, 54 does not accept responsibility for incomplete entries. Any such entries will not be considered valid for the prize draws.
3. Winner Selection
   Winners will be selected by random draw using a computer process. Draws will take place during the Aramco China Championship, with three separate draws held each day (morning, afternoon, and evening). Only entries submitted during the relevant prize window will be included in each draw.

Winners of the QR Code Treasure Hunt will receive one of the following prizes (subject to availability):

Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email no later than 10 November 2025, using the contact details provided at entry.
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their contact details for the sole purpose of prize notification, fulfillment, and related communications.
• If the winner is under 18, the prize will be issued to their parent or legal guardian, who must confirm acceptance on the minor’s behalf.

1. Prize Delivery

• Winners may collect their prize on the day of the event (6–8 November 2025) or within 5 business days at Mission Hills Shenzhen.
• If a winner fails to collect their prize within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative will be offered.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees payable under Chinese law in connection with receipt of the prize.
• Each winner will receive instructions on how to claim their prize.

1. No Cash Alternative
   The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
2. Prize Fulfilment and Substitution
   The prizes are supplied and fulfilled by Golf Saudi. 54 reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
3. Final Decision
   The decision of 54 regarding any aspect of the prize draws is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Acceptance of Terms
   Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. 54 reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Changes to the Promotion
   54 reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6. Liability
   Insofar as is permitted by law, 54, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of 54, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Chinese Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and solely for the purposes of administering the prize draws, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes., and/or as set out in 54’s Privacy Policy (available via the following link or via our website): 54 Privacy Policy. Winners’ details may be shared with Golf Saudi strictly for the purpose of prize fulfilment. 54 is the data controller for this promotion. Where Golf Saudi handles prize fulfilment, it will do so as an independent data controller. For more information about how your personal data may be handled by Golf Saudi, please see the Golf Saudi Privacy Policy. By entering this promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described herein, including sharing with Golf Saudi for prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be retained as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and deleted thereafter unless ongoing consent is given.

1. Marketing Communications

Marketing communications will only be sent to individuals who have explicitly opted in during sign-up. Entrants are not required to opt in to marketing in order to participate in the prize draws.

Where marketing consent is provided, the participant’s contact details may be shared with Golf Saudi for the sole purpose of sending relevant marketing communications.

1. Children and Parental Consent

If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete or approve the entry form on their behalf. Parental consent is also required for processing the child’s personal data and for receiving any marketing communications (if opted in).

54 and/or Golf Saudi reserves the right to request proof of parental or guardian consent at any stage, including prior to prize fulfilment.

1. Data Retention and Security

All personal data will be stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above. Where ongoing communication consent has not been given, personal data will be deleted following completion of the promotion and prize distribution.

1. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions and this promotion are governed by Chinese law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of China.
